Cupping
Cupping therapy has been practiced for 2 - 3 thousand years as part of Chinese medicine. Glass cups are applied to the skin to promote the circulation of blood and energy (qi). This reduces swelling and eases pain by expelling factors such as cold and dampness.
Anne uses cupping to help with weight loss, joint and muscle pain, cough, asthma and to improve digestion conditions. This session includes a consultation as well as the cupping treatment.

Ear Acupuncture (ear seeding)
Ear acupuncture/seeding is a form of acupuncture that can be self-administered by the client several times a day for up to 7 days. It involves tiny metal balls being taped to one of the clients' ears with water resistant tape. The balls are positioned on the ear acupuncture zones. The whole of the body is represented on the ear. Ear acupuncture can help joint and muscle pain, insomnia, headaches, weight loss, anxiety, hormone issues, digestion problems and many other conditions. It can allow the client to extent the effects of their treatment by pressing on the balls during the days between appointments. After 7 days the balls must be removed from the ear by peeling them off with the tape and cleaning the ear with an alcohol wipe. Ear acupuncture is done within a follow up acupuncture consultation.
